Assistant Professor in political science at Sciences Po Grenoble UGA, member of the PACTE - CNRS laboratory, my work mainly concerns the transformations and political dimensions of cultural policies, in particular their territorialization, their place in territorial recompositions, the confrontation of their paradigms (cultural democratization, cultural democracy, cultural rights, etc.), more recently, the integration of cultural issues within the framework of ecological transition policies. Responsible, until October 2023, of the master's degree in Cultural Project Management at Sciences Po Grenoble, in collaboration with the Observatory of Cultural Policies, I am also a founding member and president of the ADRAMA association labeled SMAC for the management of Chabada in Angers .
