Senior lecturer in political science at Sciences Po Grenoble UGA, member of the PACTE - CNRS laboratory, my work focuses on the transformations and political dimensions of cultural policies, in particular their territorialization, their place in territorial recompositions, the confrontation of their paradigms (cultural democratization, cultural democracy, cultural rights...), and more recently, the integration of cultural issues within the framework of ecological transition policies. Until October 2023, he will be in charge of the Master's program in Cultural Project Management at Sciences Po Grenoble, in collaboration with the Observatoire des Politiques Culturelles. He is also a founding member and Chairman of the ADRAMA association, which has been awarded the SMAC label for the management of the Chabada in Angers.
