Frantz STEINBACH

Managing partner in cultural ventures since 2006 (production, promotion, and distribution), and co-founder of the impact fund Paradigmes & Liberté and the cultural consultancy, training, and project management agency LaboCulture. We support creative entrepreneurs in securing funding, optimizing business models, structuring their companies, and coaching and training their teams. Elected since 2011 to industry boards such as SACEM, Réseau MAP, Pierrots de la Nuit, and the EuroCouncil of the Night, I work with peers to strengthen ties between the cultural sector and public authorities, and to advance policy and regulatory frameworks for the industry. Appointed by the French government since 2015, I co-lead the national Nightlife Task Force, created to enhance France's cultural and nightlife appeal as a tourism asset. I also speak regularly at panels and conferences across France and Europe, contribute to media discussions, and lecture in higher education institutions focused on careers in the creative industries (IESA, EMIC, ESG, Lyon Louis-Lumière II, TBS Barcelona).
