Music Delegate at the Direction Générale de la Création Artistique - Ministry of Culture
Dominique Muller holds the position of Delegate for Music within the General Directorate of Artistic Creation of the Ministry of Culture. He is responsible for designing and implementing public policies aimed at promoting musical diversity, supporting artists and structures in the sector, and facilitating access to music for all audiences. Dominique Muller was a music teacher within the National Education system, then head of artistic actions at the Strasbourg Regional Conservatory. He also held the position of cultural action manager at the Côte-d'Or Departmental Council, as well as head of live performance at the Languedoc-Roussillon Regional Council. From 2012 to 2015, he served as music advisor at the DRAC Bretagne before becoming head of the music office of the City of Paris. In 2015, he joined the DGCA as deputy music delegate, a position he held until his appointment as delegate in 2019.
