Dominique Muller holds the position of Music Delegate within the French Ministry of Culture's Direction Générale de la Création Artistique. He is responsible for designing and implementing public policies aimed at promoting musical diversity, supporting artists and structures in the sector, and facilitating access to music for all audiences.
Dominique Muller was a music education teacher with the French Ministry of Education, then head of artistic initiatives at the Conservatoire à Rayonnement Régional de Strasbourg. He was also in charge of cultural action at the Côte-d'Or departmental council, and of live performance at the Languedoc-Roussillon regional council. From 2012 to 2015, he was music advisor at DRAC Bretagne before becoming head of the music office at the City of Paris. In 2015, he joined the DGCA as deputy delegate for music, a position he will hold until his appointment as delegate in 2019.
