Céline Lepage is the Executive Director of FÉLIN, the National Federation of Independent Labels and Distributors. Coming from the independent labels sector, where she worked at Tricatel and for the past 10 years with Born Bad Records, she has in-depth knowledge of the economic, artistic, and human challenges faced by independent structures.
FÉLIN defends the interests of labels with public authorities, supports them in navigating market transformations, and strengthens their activities with collective tools that facilitate the daily work of professionals. The federation coordinates structuring projects such as Re-Disco, the first national vinyl recycling sector, the Disconaute platform that promotes independent distribution, and Indies First, an annual campaign highlighting musical diversity.
FÉLIN also ensures the development of members’ skills through training, practical resources, and personalized support. Its action follows a pragmatic and committed approach: fostering a fairer, more sustainable, and more visible ecosystem. The federation advocates with conviction for strategic issues: streaming regulation, phonographic tax credits, gender parity in the sector, and the ecological transition of the professions.
