Céline is Managing Director of FELIN, the national federation that supports independent record labels and promotes their essential role in musical diversity. FELIN represents 500 labels, and has recently integrated physical and digital distributors. FELIN is the driving force behind MEWEM (now an independent association), Disconaute (the reference site for record shops), Re-Disco (the independent record recycling network) and Indies First (the media voice of indie labels).
Also administrator of Born Bad Records, Céline has worked with labels such as Tricatel and Cracki Records.
