Aymeric Pichevin - Rafe Productions / She Raps - Rappeuses en Liberté
Aymeric Pichevin is the founder of Rafe Productions, an independent organization dedicated to cultural and musical innovation. For more than twenty years, he has been designing and leading projects at the crossroads of artistic creation, professional development, and social engagement.
In 2021, he launched Rappeuses en Liberté, a program supporting the professionalization of emerging female rappers, created in partnership with numerous music industry organizations and media outlets. The initiative quickly became a key platform to showcase new talents while promoting diversity and gender equality in rap and contemporary music.
Building on this experience, he developed She Raps, a European cooperation project supported by Creative Europe, bringing together partners in Belgium, Portugal, and Croatia. Its goal: to create an international network for the empowerment of women rappers, combining training, residencies, concerts, and professional networking.
Beyond these programs, Rafe Productions also designs cultural projects with a strong social dimension (rap as a tool for recovery after gender-based violence, inclusion of marginalized youth, etc.).
Aymeric Pichevin is also an Associate Professor at Paris 8 Saint-Denis University, within the Faculty of Culture and Communication.
