Aymeric Pichevin is the founder of Rafe Productions, a company specializing since 2015 in the design and production of innovative projects at the crossroads of music and video games in the service of societal issues. In particular, it is developing Rappeuses en Liberté, a scheme dedicated to the professionalization of female rappers. Launched in 2021 with the support of a broad music and media ecosystem, the program has already helped a number of artists to launch their careers. It became international in 2024 under the name She Raps.
Throughout his career, Aymeric has devoted himself to innovation in music and culture: technological innovation, innovation of use and societal innovation. He began in 1999 as Director of Content at MakeMusic, which he accompanied through to its listing on the Nasdaq in 2001. He subsequently managed the international Midem conferences, and launched Content 360 with MIPTV in 2006, in partnership with the BBC.
In 2007, Aymeric founded Man Media, a digital strategy consultancy. He worked with clients such as Orange, Sacem and the Galileo investment fund before selling the company in 2010. In the same year, he co-created HOME (House of Music and Entertainment), a pioneering company in the development of music formats for television (M6, W9), as well as in bringing together music and brands. He launched a music festival held in exceptional apartments in France and abroad. He sold the company in 2015 to create Rafe Productions.
Aymeric is also Associate Professor at Paris 8 Saint-Denis University and the author of several essays on music, including Le disque à l'heure d'Internet, Autoproduire son disque.
