In two years, She Raps has established itself as a pioneering program in Europe supporting the professionalization of female rappers. Launched by Rappeuses en Liberté and supported by Creative Europe, it is based on an unprecedented study that highlights the obstacles and needs of women in rap across the continent. With 28 artists from France, Belgium, Portugal, and the Balkans, tailor-made training courses, creative sessions, professional meetings, a European tour, and a stage at Les Ardentes, She Raps has opened up new artistic and structural perspectives. This round table will close the first edition in the presence of the program's international partners and the author of the study. Beyond taking stock, it will ask an essential question: what if the future lay in creating a European network dedicated to female rappers? A space to promote artists, inspiring role models, and best practices, and to strengthen the place of women in the music industry in the long term.
