How can the different software tools used by performing arts professionals better communicate with each other?
The challenge of information system interoperability has become central to streamlining data circulation, reducing duplicate entries, and facilitating the daily work of teams.
On the occasion of MaMA, the workshop presented by Heeds will share the results of a groundbreaking study on interoperability in the sector. This study, recently conducted by TMNlab, provides an overview of current practices, identifies the needs expressed by professionals, and outlines concrete pathways to improve cooperation between digital solutions.
Moderated by Fabrice Ecoiffier, Director of Heeds, the discussion will bring together:
A representative of TMNlab, who will present the study's key findings,
Several partners and software providers interconnected with Heeds, who will share their feedback and highlight both the benefits already observed and the challenges still to be addressed.
Above all, this workshop aims to foster dialogue and forward-looking reflection: What best practices should be adopted? Which sector-wide initiatives should be supported? How can we encourage an open ecosystem that truly serves performing arts professionals?
Join us to discover the study's results, engage in conversation with key stakeholders, and envision the next steps toward sustainable and mutually beneficial interoperability.
