After a long career with TF1, Virginie De Neve decided to devote herself to the career development of musical artists and their projects. With a dual artistic and business background, she has been involved in over thirty projects for more than 12 years. She currently manages pop, chanson and electro artists with similar approaches to music: Blaubird (Prix Joséphine finalist, Prix Moustaki finalist, Prix Charles Cros...), Emji (Nouvelle star winner, Je vais t'aimer national Zenith tour...), Sollayr, Outed.

As President of Ama (Alliance des managers d'artistes), Virginie De Neve represents managers in dealings with music industry professionals and the French Ministry of Culture.
