Founder
My name is Victoria Nkong, I am a Nigerian, I am a multilingual Events and TV Producer, an author, I am a Talent Manager and I produce some artistes. I have worked on events like Trace Awards Rwanda, Entertainment Week Lagos, Showbiz101, Bidvest Chairmanship Awards, CANEX for AFREXIMBANK, Headies Awards, Opening and closing ceremony of the African Athletics Championship e.t.c. I have worked on several events across the continent, either as the producer, the creative director or a consultant. I am the C.E.O of Qtaby events, the president of bridgeAFRIC, a company that is bridging the gap between artistes across the continent, between the francophone and anglophone music industry and also between African artistes and the rest of the world. We have several youth empowerment projects for creatives like the SHOWBIZ101 project that we concluded in March. We are also committed to educating artistes and creatives around Africa so we organise workshops and masterclasses and I do a lot of public speaking. I am the Associate Producer for All African Music Awards, Africa's biggest global music awards. I also do Public Relations for Artistes and SME's. With my passion for educating the creative industry, especially music artistes, I do a lot of public speaking and I have spoken at several festivals, masterclasses and workshops. My specialty is in teaching young creatives, especially artistes how to build professional carriers that are profitable and help them conquer new territories. I am actively involved in working with policy makers like government ministries and international organisations to implement policies that advance the cultural industry in Africa.
