FEDELIMA
Coordinator of dynamics linked to equality, diversity and artistic and cultural practices
Driven by collective dynamics, issues of individual and collective empowerment, and values of solidarity and fairness, Stéphanie Gembarski has been involved in the popular music sector for over twenty-five years. She currently coordinates initiatives related to equality, diversity, and cultural and artistic practices within FEDELIMA (the French national federation of contemporary music venues), which brings together more than 160 organisations committed to these practices. She develops cooperative approaches around cultural rights, inclusivity, participation and citizen expression. In particular, she leads several mentoring programmes - Wah!, Pulse!, Wah'ts Up! - to contribute to the fight against gender inequality and discrimination in pop music.
