Ric Salmon is ATC Group's Chief Growth Officer.
He plays a key role in ATC's senior management team, with a remit to help secure new global acquisitions and partnerships that will expand and enhance the company's unique full-service model.
Ric also has responsibility for strategic talent development and industry relations, as well as leading on digital innovation and identifying new technological opportunities that will cohesively drive artist and company growth.
A highly experienced music executive and entrepreneur, Ric has worked with ATC for ten years, representing a wide range of artists, including Laura Marling, Glen Hansard, Trevor Horn, and Frank Carter.
He also co-founded the BAFTA award-winning livestream business Driift, the market-leader in the production and promotion of premium pay-per-view live events, and now part of the ATC Services business segment. Driift has produced and promoted groundbreaking shows for artists including Coldplay, Kylie Minogue, Sheryl Crow, HAIM, The Smile, Jorja Smith, Nick Cave, Laura Marling, Niall Horan, AIR and Biffy Clyro.
Prior to this, Ric managed globally established artists including Seal and Morrissey through his management company Harvest Entertainment, and held senior A&R roles at Sony Music, Ministry of Sound and Warner Music International, where he worked with artists as diverse as Eric Prydz, Rod Stewart, Beverley Knight, The Corrs, and Boyzone among many others.
Encompassing divisions in Artist Representation, Services and Events & Experiences, ATC Group works with almost 1,000 artists across management, live touring, merchandise, e-commerce, livestreaming and more.
ATC Management looks after 100 artists, composer and producer clients, including Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds, PJ Harvey, Bring Me The Horizon, Faithless, Johnny Marr, and Isobel Waller-Bridge. The company also represents over 500 acts through its live division ATC-Live, and 350 artists through its merchandise company Sandbag.
