Raphaël Herrerias is a songwriter, singer, and co-founder of the band Terrenoire.
Together with his brother Théo, he co-wrote two acclaimed albums: Les Forces Contraires (2020) and Protégé.e (released on January 24, 2025). The band received a Victoire de la Musique award in 2022 in the "Male Revelation" category.
Since February 2025, they have been touring France with the Tournée des Territoires - an original, politically engaged tour that breaks away from traditional formats: a slower pace, stopovers in libraries, community centers, universities, writing workshops, and affordable concerts. Its aim is to bring human connection, public services, and the ecological realities of local territories back to the heart of the stage.
Alongside his musical work, Raphaël Herrerias leads artistic residencies focused on working-class memory and the rural world, and develops writing workshops across different regions, at the crossroads of poetry, politics, and collective action.
