Oriana Convelbo is the director of Volta +, a new artists' agency that combines management, touring, publishing and production activities. Formerly co-director and creative director of a development label at Universal Music France and artistic director at Warner Chappell (publishing), she has collaborated with some of the biggest names in the French music scene, from Oxmo to Damso, Freeze Corleone, Pongo, Yamê, Mélissa Laveaux and MHD. Her tastes are eclectic but assertive, and she is committed to supporting new artists and/or those from minority backgrounds.
