Mohamed Ben Saïd is a cultural entrepreneur and live music producer based between Tunisia and France, with over twenty years of experience in the cultural and creative industries. Founder of Akacia Productions (Tunis, 2010) and Director of Akacia Productions France (Paris), he develops high-impact projects that combine artistic production, festival structuring, and international touring.
Since 2020, he has served as Executive Producer of the International Festival of Dougga, a flagship event dedicated to both artistic excellence and heritage valorization. Under his leadership, the festival has hosted artists such as Ibrahim Maalouf, Anouar Brahem, Cairokee, and Saint Levant, while also launching training and employability programs for emerging talent. In parallel, he has collaborated with major festivals such as Carthage and Hammamet, contributing to high-level concert programming and production.
In France, through Akacia Productions, Mohamed produces tours and diffusion projects for both emerging and established artists from the Arab world and Africa, with a clear mission: to build bridges between Europe and the Mediterranean.
A laureate of the British Council's Global Music Leaders 2024 program, Mohamed is regularly invited to speak at international roundtables and professional networks including WOMEX, Visa for Music, and the English Folk Expo. His vision is to position music as a driver of intercultural dialogue, artistic circulation, and innovation in live performance models.
