With over ten years of experience in business development, cultural project coordination, and artist management, Mathilde Vanhassel has built a rich career blending business, music, and entrepreneurship.
Currently Business Development Manager at DELIGHT, she leads prospecting, client retention, and the implementation of growth strategies. Her role involves identifying new opportunities, negotiating strategic partnerships, and working closely with internal teams to align commercial ambitions with product innovation and customer satisfaction.
In parallel, Mathilde is the co-founder of the Women's Motor Club, an independent initiative dedicated to community building and women's empowerment in the automotive world. She has also served for several years as General Coordinator of the Cabourg, Mon Amour festival, where she manages relationships with sponsors, partners, and artistic teams.
Her expertise was shaped within leading players in the music industry: at Believe, as Label Manager, she supported labels and artists in their digital distribution strategies; at Diggers Factory, she structured label & artist relations and developed partnerships with major companies such as Netflix, BMG, and Island Records; and at Astérios Spectacles and MIALA, where she handled international booking, production, and the development of tours for renowned artists.
