Head of sustainability at Øya festival
As a longtime freelancer in the live business, Marie has gained a variety of experience - from being a volunteer to being a festival manager.
Her passion for sustainable events started many years ago and she is now head of sustainability at one of the world's greenest festivals; Øyafestivalen in Oslo. The best part of the job is to work with creative development, to lift important issues around the environmental and social aspects of the climate crisis, and to see that the actions you do actually give results.
