Ludmilla ROMAGNE HO-SING-MING

With nearly 25 years of experience, Ludmilla Romagne Ho-Sing-Ming combines major-label expertise with a deep commitment to the Caribbean, working to give artists from the French Antilles and Guyana the visibility they deserve on the global stage. As Head of Operations and Project Management at Warner Music France, she leads the structuring of Atlantic Records France, Rec.118 and ADA France, where she also played a key role in the label's launch. She is the co-founder of Karibbean Sound Nation (KSN), a collective bringing together more than a hundred cultural and creative industry professionals, advocating for a strong and recognized Caribbean ecosystem and transforming the region's creative potential into a global strategic force.
