With 25 years' experience, Lucile Genest has established herself as an expert in ticketing. After starting out as a ticketing manager, she spent almost ten years as Box Office Director, overseeing operations at prestigious venues such as the Accor Arena, the Bataclan and the adidas Arena. She oversaw ticketing for internationally renowned sporting events (NBA, UFC, League of Legends, World Hockey and Handball Championships) and some twenty editions of the Rolex Paris Masters, while also hosting major international acts (U2, Madonna, Elton John, Beyonce, Mylène Farmer). Since 2024, Lucile has managed the French office of AXS, the AEG Group's ticketing solution.
