Léa DAHER

Léa Daher's career finds its roots in dance, a discipline she has practiced since childhood at the conservatory and later within a semi-professional company. This experience, a true school of collective spirit and creativity, quickly led her towards event organization and cultural project management. Passionate about communication and visual arts, she pursued studies in this field while progressively moving closer to the music industry. For nearly ten years, she has been working at the heart of the music sector, particularly in artist touring. As Head of Communication & Ticketing at W Spectacle, she spent seven years supporting the company's growth, helping it scale from 800 to over 1,500 concerts a year and from 30 to 80 artists represented. Through these missions, Léa developed strong expertise in communication, ticketing, team management, and project coordination, while also nurturing parallel activities such as artist management, photography, and teaching. In 2026, she will open a new chapter with SOURA, her entrepreneurial project that she will be happy to reveal soon.
