Juliette Metz is publisher and CEO of Éditions ENCORE MERCI. She began her career in music publishing in 1988, working alongside David Séchan at MINO MUSIC, Renaud's publishing company. In 1994, she took part in the creation of ENCORE MERCI ÉDITIONS, becoming a partner and then Managing Director, a position she will hold until the company's sale to BAM MUSIC in June 2022. Her catalog consists mainly of instrumental works for the audiovisual industry. Juliette Metz creates the ICMP Production Music Committee. President of the Chambre syndicale des éditeurs de musique (CSDEM) since 2016, she signed the code of uses and good practices for the publishing of musical works, a founding text between authors, composers and publishers. Juliette Metz was a mentor with MEWEM, a women's mentoring program for music industry professionals, for 4 years and is now Secretary of the Association that manages the program. She has been a director of Sacem since 2022, and Secretary General for the 2024/25 financial year.
