Juliette Metz is a publisher and CEO of ENCORE MERCI PUBLISHING... She began her career in music publishing in 1988 alongside David Séchan at MINO MUSIC, the publishing house of singer-songwriter Renaud.
In 1994, she co-founded ENCORE MERCI ÉDITIONS, becoming a partner and later CEO, a position she retained when the company was sold to BAM MUSIC in June 2022, where she also serves as Head of International & Copyright.
Juliette Metz founded the Production Music Committee within ICMP. Since 2016, she has been President of the French Music Publisher Association (CSDEM), where she played a key role in establishing the code of conduct and best practices for music publishing, a foundational agreement between authors, composers, and publishers.
She was a mentor for four years in MEWEM, a women's mentorship program for music industry professionals, and now serves as Secretary of the Association managing the program. She was a board member of Sacem from 2022 to 2025 and was notably its Secretary General for the 2024/2025 year. She is currently President of SDRM.
