Coordinator of the" Act II cultural exception" mission led by Pierre Lescure in 2012, from 2013 to 2015 he was President's Chief of staff at the Conseil supérieur de l'audiovisuel, the French regulatory body for audiovisual media services. Then he joined the Ministry of Culture, where he successively held the functions of deputy director for the development of the cultural economy, head of the media department and general director of media and cultural industries (DGMIC). He was also, between 2023 and 2025, general rapporteur of the Supervisory Commission for Collective Management Organizations and member of the College of the French Competition Authority.
