An expert in the music industry, Gwenaëlle Kerboul has spent nearly twenty years contributing to the organization of major festivals such as Rock en Seine (2004-2022) and Europavox (2005-2015). In parallel, she worked as an artist manager, supporting the development and diversification of international careers.
In 2022, she founded her own consulting agency, through which she now works with key players in the sector, including the Rose Festival by Bigflo & Oli, the National Music Center (CNM), and Ekhoscènes, the trade union for private live performance entrepreneurs.
Committed to gender equality, she joined the MEWEM program - the first mentorship initiative dedicated to women and gender minority entrepreneurs in music - as a mentor before becoming its president in June 2024.
