I started at Eforsports-Wetix as a customer relation operator, where I optimised the user experience and the quality of interactions. For nearly ten years, I managed satisfaction, disputes and B2B/B2C support, mainly in the sports sector, working with renowned sports organisations such as PSG, EuroBasket, France Galop, F1 and the 2023 Rugby World Cup. Building on this experience, I then joined Secutix as a Customer Support Specialist, overseeing sales, on-site operations and functional workshops for prestigious institutions such as the Paris Opera, the Stade de France, Paris Musées and the Bourse de Commerce. Today, at AXS, I support the integration of solutions, the deployment of functionalities and the strategic development of our clients' ticketing revenues.
