George Chege Ngendo is the Founder of BLEM Entertainment, a music agency specializing in talent booking, tour management, PR & media, and event production. He showed an interest in music from an early age, beginning at just nine years old. He later began his career as a talent manager and creative strategist, working with independent artists across East Africa while collaborating with international labels and collectives. Driven by a passion for building platforms for African music and empowering artists, George launched BLEM Entertainment to amplify creative talent on both local and global stages. Through BLEM Entertainment, George has developed and produced projects such as FUTURE SOUNDS an educational and collaborative capacity-building program for young producers and performing artists in marginalized areas. He is recognized as a rising leader in Africa's independent music sector, dedicated to capacity building, cultural exchange, and shaping the future of live and electronic music.
