Erwan GOUADEC

Currently the Deputy Director of the Association Trans Musicales (which organizes the Rencontres Trans Musicales festival in Rennes and manages the legendary local venue Ubu), Erwan Gouadec joined the team in 2003. Throughout his career with Trans Musicales, he initially led the creation of the Public Relations and Cultural Outreach department, which he managed for nine years. He then served as Secretary General, a role in which he coordinated the overall implementation of the organization's mission and notably oversaw the achievement of ISO 20121 certifications (a standard for sustainable event management) starting in 2013. Since 2021, he has been co-directing the project alongside Jean-Louis Brossard, Artistic Director and co-founder, continuing to champion its bold, exploratory spirit, its commitment to musical discovery, and its strong focus on innovation and emerging talent.
