She practiced law between Fort-de-France and Paris. She has also worked as a manager in music publishing, overseeing complex catalogs of works resulting from Caribbean collaborations.

The revival of the music scene and the gradual recovery from the crisis provide an opportunity for the Sacem delegation in Martinique and French Guiana, directed by Emmanuelle Bruch, to once again welcome creators and publishers into its offices.
Through their creativity and talent, they contribute to showcasing and promoting the overseas musical repertoire.
In Martinique and French Guiana, a team of seven staff members supports authors, composers, and music publishers based in these territories, as well as music users (including nightclubs, cafés, hotels, restaurants, radio and TV stations, streaming services, and more), in order to meet their needs and expectations.
From the creation of a work to its distribution, Sacem supports all those who contribute to artistic life, its vitality, and its diversity-throughout France and around the world.
In Martinique and French Guiana, creators such as Tony Chasseur, venues such as L'Arobase, Le Sunset, or Le Café de la Gare, and events like the Jazz à la Pointe festival, have all benefited from Sacem's support and guidance.
Alongside her team, Emmanuelle Bruch will dedicate all her energy and expertise to carrying out these essential missions in support of creation.
