Arthur de Rohan-Chabot is the Managing director of the SPPF (French collecting society for the neighbouring rights of indie labels) since May 2025. A graduate of Sciences Po Paris and HEC, he has experience both the private sector and public service. He was responsible for relations and rights acquisition with independent producers at Deezer, before working in the digital rights department at Sacem. He then spent six years at the French Ministry of Culture, first as Head of the Music Industry Office and later as Delegate for Cultural Enterprises.
