SACEM
Head of training and development Sacem University
Self-taught more out of necessity than choice, Alexandre Esteban has built a rich and eclectic artistic and professional journey. From an early age, he discovered a passion for singing after training as a "Petit Rat" at the Opéra de Marseille. His career began as a signed artist with EMI Music France, followed by studies at the Music Academy International (MAI), where he was immediately hired as an instructor.
After several years performing on stage and appearing in the media, he chose to move behind the scenes. He collaborated with Bruno Berberes on major musical productions (Dracula, 1789, The Voice seasons 1 to 5...) as casting director. At the same time, he continued teaching at MAI and supported emerging artists in partnership with major labels (Universal, Warner, Sony BMG), focusing on artistic direction and management.
In 2016, he took over as Director of MAI, a role he held until the school joined the School of Arts group at the end of 2022. This transition led him to launch Pulse Nation in 2023 - a space dedicated to supporting emerging talent through a blend of education, creativity, and innovation.
After two years of intense development, Alexandre began a new chapter in 2025 by joining SACEM as Head of Training within the Directorate of Social Protection and Training - a mission dedicated to serving creators, publishers, and the protection of their rights.
