After working as an Artistic Advisor and later as a Programming Manager in the audiovisual sector, Agnès Margraff transitioned into the field of training. For over fifteen years, she has been supporting artists in their professional development and structuring. She is currently the Director of Educational Programs at Cifap, a training center dedicated to music, performing arts, and audiovisual professions, where she designs and implements programs tailored to the needs of artists and professionals in the cultural sector.
