Adriana RAUSSEO

Adriana Rausseo is the co-programmer of the festival Les Femmes s'en Mêlent and a former artist manager. Driven by a commitment to a fairer and more inclusive music industry, she is the creator of the initiative "Les Femmes S'engagent", which aims to build a more representative music ecosystem. Through this program, she supports artistic creation and production, fosters the development of professional networks for women and gender minorities, and advocates for greater representation across all roles and leadership levels in the music sector.
