MEWEM (Mentoring Program for Women Entrepreneurs in Music Industry) encourages women and gender minorities in the music industry to undertake and assert their leadership.
Created in 2018, this pioneering program comes in response to the challenges of diversity in the music industry, particularly in positions of responsibility, but also to issues of precariousness, by contributing to the sustainability of structures.
With mentoring as its main lever for action, MEWEM is positioning itself at the service of the music industry to renew and diversify it.
