Audiens is a not-for-profit social protection group that has been an expert in the creative, information and leisure industries since 2003. To continue to think, produce and disseminate the creation and information of tomorrow, the talent in these sectors must be able to work without worrying about the future. That's why Audiens and its 600 employees have developed a range of solutions for them, covering health, personal protection, supplementary pensions and social actions. The Group has also managed the 'Congés spectacles' fund for intermittent workers since 2014. On the strength of its understanding of the sector's specific features and constantly evolving needs, Audiens is constantly transforming itself in order to anticipate changes in these professions and improve their working conditions.
For example, Audiens is committed to its social actions, which in 2024 enabled it to support almost 20,000 people and pay out 3,700 financial aids totalling EUR 4.7 million.
