Organized by MEWEM, this conference addresses a concrete and often invisible issue: how to combine parenthood and a career in music. Between the fast pace of work, constant mobility and the demands of performance, becoming a parent remains a breaking point for many professionals. But can it also become a driving force, a lever for inventing new ways of working and managing ?
Three speakers will share their experiences and perspectives on this question : Émilie Friedli (Congés Mat' + Maison Mère), Mythie Music (Artists + Sisters of Sound), Élodie Watrin (Manager + Remise en Scène). The discussion will be moderated by Narjes Bahhar (Deezer).
