Devices in unison: how to evaluate targeted devices to strengthen advocacy

The growing number of support initiatives for women and gender minorities highlights the need of these artists and professionals for spaces of exchange and knowledge-sharing. At the same time, the entire sector is facing an increased demand for training and representation of women and gender minorities, both on stage and in support roles. How can we assess the impact of these initiatives at both an individual and collective level, and strengthen advocacy to ensure the sustainability of such targeted action?
