Becoming a parent is an upheaval on every level. However, when it comes to integrating these new issues into the day-to-day life of touring and the professionals who provide it, it's more complicated, and the compartmentalization between professional and personal spheres is still in full swing. How can we take better account of these issues, and give choice back to the artists as well as everyone else in the live performance value chain: from technical, booking and show production teams to the venues that host them?
