FRENCH V.I.P. (Vanguard of Independent Publishers) is an initiative launched by Sacem in 2011, with the CNM (Centre national de la musique), CSDEM (Chambre Syndicale de l'Edition Musicale), SMACEM and Yacast, to promote and support the work of 3 young independent publishers at major music events.
