From the age of two, ANTOINE was captivated by live performances by artists like PRINCE, PAUL MCCARTNEY, and ERIC CLAPTON, and he picked up his first guitar at six. GREG joined him on drums three years later. Since then, the duo has been forging their own path with boundless energy.
After the typical trajectory of a band formed in high school, SAULTS officially launched their career in 2014. Influenced by Anglo-American music, the brothers left FRANCE for LONDON at the end of 2017, with no backup plan. They played gigs in bars, clubs, and basements, recorded at ABBEY ROAD STUDIOS, performed at the LOVE SUPREME JAZZ FESTIVAL, received support from the BBC… and even earned the endorsement of PETE TOWNSHEND (THE WHO): "They're playing in the same league as The 1975."
In 2024, with "ONLY PLACE TO HIDE", a song written in memory of a lost friend, the band truly took off: over a million purely organic streams and national recognition. SAULTS has been on an upward trajectory ever since.
