LA SUEUR is a Bordeaux-based collective composed of three DJs – Sevenbeatz, Vitamlyn, and Meryl Street – and four dancers: Patt, Pearl, Samuel, and Juliette.
Inclusive, hybrid, and uninhibited, LA SUEUR places dance at the heart of the party as a liberating and emancipatory discipline. The dancers position themselves on the same level as the DJs, and their performances encourage audiences to embrace themselves and proudly express all bodies, genders, and identities.
Musically, the DJs of LA SUEUR aim to warm bodies and minds with rhythmic beats and fiery melodies. In a warm and welcoming shared celebration, they allow themselves to cross paths and blend genres without hesitation to make the dancefloor sweat, drawing inspiration from dancehall, baile funk, riddim, Afro house, and voguing.
