Music has always been an important form of expression for AURE, who found her path as a professional artist after a previous career in architecture. Her sound is defined by minimalist, stripped-down, and multilingual folk, drawing inspiration from powerful and enigmatic artists like Sibylle Baier, Jessica Pratt, and Nico.
Her debut EP "a few notes", released in November 2023 via the Belgian label MayWay Records, received critical acclaim (including from Télérama, France Inter, RFI, Les Inrocks, Magic, RTF1, Radio1, and more), leading to performances across Europe, notably as tour support for Andy Shauf and Tom McRae. AURE will release her first album in 2026.
