Yann Hilaire, who holds a Master's degree in Occupational Ergonomics from the CNAM, has been in charge of prevention projects at Thalie Santé for the past five years. With his expertise in project methodology, he designed ODALIE, an innovative platform designed to facilitate the drafting of the Document Unique de Prévention des Risques in the entertainment sector. His work extends far beyond conventional studies; he also conducts cross-disciplinary analyses of Psycho-Social Risks (PSR) within various artistic disciplines. His notable publications include studies focusing on the specific challenges faced by live performance technicians, as well as on the integration of occupational risks into artistic projects.
