Vincent Guillon is co-director of the Observatoire des politiques culturelles and associate professor at Sciences Po Grenoble. He works mainly on territorial transformations in cultural public action, contemporary forms of cultural politicization and new modes of participation in cultural life (digital or otherwise!).
