Sarah Saem Bergmann is a dedicated trainer who develops creative and sustainable concepts for collaboration. She focuses on designing processes that emerge from within the team itself: making strengths and potential visible and encouraging individuals to stand up for their own needs. Key themes in her work are resilience, self-empowerment and awareness of one's own privilege. Since founding Act Aware e.V. in 2020, she has been committed to creating discrimination-free spaces and supporting the empowerment of FLINTA*.
Over the past ten years, Sarah has advised and supported numerous events and organizations. Her extensive expertise ensures that communications campaigns are both visually appealing and content-driven. Her vision is of an event landscape where we are brave enough to address and fight injustice openly. With her "change from the inside out" approach, she offers workshops and keynote speeches to promote a fairer way of working together.
Since 2022, Sarah has been heavily involved as a New Work Coach, integrating systemic awareness within teams to foster a better working environment. How can we collectively create a work culture where everyone feels valued, safe and truly able to thrive?
