Raphaelle Macaron is a Lebanese illustrator and comic strip author. She completed her studies in Lebanon and worked there for several years before settling in Paris, where she published her first graphic novel, "Les Terrestres", co-written with Noël Mamère. Her work as an illustrator can be found in the French and international press, as well as in projects for associations such as Médecins sans frontières, Amnesty International and others. An avid music fan and record collector for many years, she regularly collaborates with labels and musicians.
She has also collaborated with luxury brands such as Gucci on advertising campaigns. In 2020, she became co-artistic director of the YHM brand, creating unique objects and garments, with the aim of providing financial support to NGOs in the Arab world to help our communities in distress. She is currently working on her second graphic novel and is based between Paris and Los Angeles.
