Rachel is a music industry professional with over 16 years of experience. While at West One Music, she successfully led their sales strategy, driving unprecedented growth and profitability.
Rachel then broadened her expertise by coaching and managing sales teams in the UK, Germany and France. She established close collaborations with creative teams in the global advertising, broadcast, film, games and radio industries.
Following her position as Sales Director at Musicmetric, Rachel launched two successful music publishing businesses: Hookline LTD, a luxury music publishing house and synchronization agency, and Dynamic, a music production company. These ventures demonstrated her entrepreneurial skills and adaptability to the ever-changing industry landscape.
In 2015, Rachel joined the Native Music Supervision team as a music supervisor, establishing her reputation through her involvement in high-profile collaborations with renowned brands and artists. Her outstanding contributions have earned her recognition, including a well-deserved place on PITCH FANZINE's prestigious Top 100 Superwomen list in 2019. This recognition highlighted her significant behind-the-scenes contributions to the music and creative industries.
In 2020, Rachel assumed the position of Vice President, Custom Services at BMG. In this role, she selects an exceptional group of talent (including artists such as Mick Jagger, Karen O, Kylie Minogue, Biig Piig, Chemical Brothers, Bat For Lashes, John Grant, The Prodigy, Shygirl, and many others), fostering collaborations between brands and composers/producers. Her expertise in creating bespoke musical compositions has further enhanced BMG's reputation as a leading provider of exceptional creative solutions for media clients.
