After studying Law and Political Science and gaining a DEA in International Relations, Pascal worked as a journalist for several years before joining FNAC as Communications Manager. After organizing over 300 in-store events, he set up his own performance company, then a SCOP, Montourneur.com, to help developing artists. In 2015, he took over as Pedagogical Director of the Pôle Musique-Spectacle Vivant at CIFAP, a training center for audiovisual, film, music and live performance professionals. Passionate about metal but concerned about the lack of professionalization and consideration for the scene, he launched the first Fédération des Musiques Métalliques at the end of 2022.
