My name is Nicolas Auriault
I'm director of ONY projects in Madagascar and the Indian Ocean.
Created in Madagascar by AHÉLYA RANDRIAMBOLAINA and ORELSAN, ONY aims to develop projects in film, video games and music. The latter is my favorite sector. https://www.projet-ony.org/
As a professional musician (trumpeter, flutist), I compose and arrange on the piano. From 1994 to 2015, I accompanied many artists in France, South America and Africa (Mano Solo, Zebda Amadou et Mariam, Faton Cahen, Idir...).
At the same time, I created a project in my own name. I compose, write and sing. Produced in Madagascar in 2002, "Nicomad" was self-produced, selling 10,000 albums and touring 100 concerts.
During this period, I also produced music for France Télévision's "Tout le sport en direct" and for TF1.
Back in Madagascar in 2016, where I spent my teenage years, I became artistic director at Libertalia Music Records (label). I continue to play with Malagasy groups such as "JAOJOBY (King of Salegy)" and practice the Malagasy language through concerts and tours.
In 2018, I changed tack and became executive director of a media group (RTA). I take this opportunity to write and create new music programs specializing in music in Madagascar (Musique reporter).
Post covid, I set up on my own and participate in the emergence of projects such as "Telma tv" (television platform) in Madagascar.
Met in 2019 in Madagascar, I stay in touch with Orelsan and Archipel and Co for the creation of ONY.
Orelsan proposes to do a concert in September 2022 in Antananarivo.
From Tana, I coordinate the staging of this show with Asterios (Orelsan's producer), as well as training courses on the music business.
Following this experience and its success, the ONY project was launched. The ONY House is born, a place in which we'll be inking our favorite projects.
